In June 1940 were circulated paper vouchers with a face value of 50 pfennig, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 marks, quickly dubbed by the population of the Ghetto "rumki" or "chaimki" name Mordechai Chaim Rumkowski, whose signature appeared on the banknote.
